Refunds & Cancellation

OVERVIEW: 
Booking your transportation online with JBC is affordable, simple and easy. When you book with us, your booking is handled directly with us, at the cost of a fixed price rate. JBC understands that plans change, therefore you may be entitled to a complete refund of your booking price. Further information on our refund policy is outlined below.

100% REFUND Guarantee: 
At JBC we can guarantee a complete refund on all cancellations prior to pick-up with at least 24-hour advanced notice. We understand that a cancellation may be required and so to avoid any cancellation fees, please make sure that you contact JBC as soon as possible so that your booking can be cancelled and so that we can issue you a refund. All cancellations adhere to the outlined policy below.

BOOKING Cancellation: 
Cancellations of bookings can only be confirmed by JBC, you must contact and notify JBC of any applicable changes or cancellations to your booking. Bookings can be cancelled at any time prior to the outlined pick-up time, however, in order to qualify for a full refund, please contact JBC as soon as possible.

FEES AND REFUNDS ON BOOKING Cancellations: 
If you cancel your booking within 24 hours or less before the scheduled pick-up time you will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations greater than 24 hours are eligible to receive a complete refund, with no cancellation or processing fees.  

BOOKING Changes: 
You may amend details of your booking 24 hours or more ahead of your scheduled pick-up time. It is not possible to change any of the details of your booking 24 hours or less before the scheduled pick-up time. To issue a change, you must contact JBC as soon as possible. Your booking details will remain unchanged until changes are confirmed by JBC.

Please notify JBC of any changes as soon as possible to avoid additional fees. Further information on refund and booking changes is outlined below.
 
FEES AND REFUNDS ON BOOKING CHANGES: 
There are no additional fees for changes to your booking details for changes conducted 24 hours or more of your pick-up time, as long as the total cost of your transport remains unchanged.
If the alteration to your booking details results in additional charges when compared to what you have already paid, you will need to contact JBC and settle the difference.
A partial refund is not possible in the case of the alteration to the booking details resulting in lesser charges. The difference between the two charges will result as your fee for the change.

DISPUTES: 
If you experience problems with your transport, please contact JBC to help resolve any dispute that you may have. It is your responsibility to make sure that you book the correct transport for your requirements.

LIABILITY: 
By using JBC you accept that there are circumstances where travel plans may not go as planned despite the best intentions of all involved parties. JBC is not responsible for any loss or damages incurred as a result of your booking via JBC.
